Egged bus no. 405 to Jerusalem takes you from the new Tel Aviv central bus station, starting at 5:50 am till 11:59 pm, every 15 minutes. It's a direct line, which usually takes 1 hour, and only has 1 stop on the way to Jerusalem.
Ride fare: 20 NIS

Egged bus no. 480 to Jerusalem takes you from the new Tel Aviv Arlozorov bus station, starting at 5:50 am till 3:00 pm, every 12 minutes. It's a direct line, which usually takes 1 hour, and only has 1 stop on the way to Jerusalem.
Ride fare: 20 NIS

The bus from Jerusalem to the Dead Sea hotel district Ein Bokek goes every hour, starting at 8 am and untill 4:15 pm - that's Egged bus no. 486.
It takes 2 hours to get to the Dead Sea, and Ride fare is 40 NIS.
It has many stops en route, including all major Dead Sea hotels.
