You can either go by bus or by Train. Both options are good.

By Train:
There's a train leaving Beit Shemesh once an hour, that takes 45 minutes to get to Tel Aviv.
In Tel Aviv - the train stops at all train stops.
Ride fair is 19 NIS.

By Bus
Superbus bus no. 411 and 412 all go from
Beit Shemesh to TA.
411 - from Ramat Beit Shemesh to Tel Aviv central bus station.
It Starts at Sderot Ben Zeev - Ramat Beit Shemesh, every 30 minutes between 5:30 am and 23:10 pm. The ride takes about 1:15 hours and ride fair is 19.1 NIS.

412 - from Ramat Beit Shemesh to Tel Aviv Arlozorov, via Hamasger st.
This would be your best choice if you wish to get to Tel Aviv business / Tourist center.
Starts at Hakishon st. - Ramat Beit Shemesh, every 30 minutes between 5:30 am and 17:00 pm. The ride takes about 1 hour and ride fair is 19.1 NIS.
